Al Paul came into my life when I was about 6 yrs old. My mom Kathy started seeing this guy, Bryan Kealey who would end up being my stepdad. Bryan had many friends that were always around while I was growing up but Al always stood out with his tall stature and sliver hair! There was a time in Almonte, ON where he even lived with us! He would usually be crashed on the couch in the basement and that’s where the video games were set up. He would make space for me on the couch and we would play “Blades of Steel” which is probably in my opinion one of the best hockey video games ever😜
Over the years he would visit from to time and would always have great stories about his adventures. When it was time for adventures of my own I made my way to Whistler and he was there to lend a hand! Al and Heather were my west coast family and will always hold a special place in my heart. Al, the sliver fox....big smile, big heart, big laugh, that’s how I’ll remember you!❤️🤙🏼
Correction on my post!! The video game was called “Blades of Steel”...lol
