"Aunt Bev"
My memories are a lifetime of great times with you and your brothers and sister. Camping with you when you were very young, cottaging and white water trips with your whole family.
Then you grew up and moved away for your adventures in the Yukon and back to Whistler, where you found the love of your life, and the two of you created your beautiful "Colt". I Can't comment on your fearless skiing and bike riding as part of my memories, but I know how fearless you have been in living your life, helping raise your son, and getting so much out of life , in the last 10 years.
In the fall of 2017, I was thrilled to get an invitation to the Bahamas. I thank you and Heather so much for thinking of me. It was a great vacation and that fearlessness showed up again, as you would go into the waves in the ocean, the higher the better. I watched from the shore!!!!
And then, two years ago, I came to Whistler in the Spring, and you added to my memories. There were rides with you and Colt up the gondola to view the splendor of the mountains and Valleys, and the City of Whistler from afar. I was able to see Colt on the skate board, and see the fearlessness passed on to him from his father. Poor Heather had to work, while we were out enjoying ourselves. The highlight of the trip was the airplane ride over the whole area and you generously gave me the Co-Pilot seat. I am so glad I made that trip to add to our memories.
Although I can't be with you now, I thank you for all the memories you have shared with me. I will have them for the rest of my life.
I am sending you my love and Uncle Ted is sending his too. Thank you for being so much a part of my life, and letting me be part of yours.
